New Entertainment Venues Proposed for Westown

With two proposed venues announced last month, it looks like Westown will continue to grow as entertainment heart of downtown.
Transforming a long vacant corner of West Michigan Street, Bear Development and Kacmarcik Enterprises announced plans to develop the Iron District which will be home to an 8,000-seat soccer stadium, indoor concert venue, hotel and apartment complex.
Over at the former Bradley Center site, FPC Live is looks to bring a multi-level complex to the Deer District and is expected to host over 135 events annually.
