The Westown Design Guidelines are a comprehensive listing of preferred facade types, materials, and layouts that were created with the help of the Milwaukee Department of City Development.  Many of these guidelines are expected to be incorporated in the new Downtown Milwaukee city zoning ordinance.

New development projects, redevelopment projects, and renovation projects can benefit greatly from the Westown Design Guidelines.
